#Repost @thefitnesschef_ #ntptfit • • • So you have a daily calorie allowance... but what happens if one day, you don’t hit this allowance? Maybe you have exceeded it, maybe you haven’t reached it. Here’s what to do. - - 😃 For fat loss it’s all about the big picture. If your allowance each day to lose fat works out at say... 1800, you could technically eat 0 calories one day and 3600 the next day AND STILL PROGRESS. Of course this is absolutely not advisable. But say you go over 1800 and you consume 3000 in one day... instead of panicking and thinking it’s all over, what about taking a WEEKLY average instead? So those extra 1200 calories which you enjoyed (hopefully!) can be taken from the other 6 days of the week. 1800x7=12600 calories available for the week. 12600-3000=9600 remaining. Simple. Losing fat effectively is absolutely about what you do consistently over a period of time. So what, you went over your calories, just take action and make sure you are, on average hitting those numbers from enjoyable food and exercise over a sustained period of time. 😁 - - Does the same apply in reverse when it comes to muscle gain? Not necessarily. More attention needs paid to maintaining constant calories to keep the gain train rolling! But that’s for another post 🚂! This one is focusing on the mindset and action of an individual who wants to achieve fat loss in an achievable, enjoyable and flexible way. - - - - - - #fatloss #calories #mindset #fitnessmindset #fatlosscoach #fatlosshelp #fatlosstips #thefitnesschef #absolutefit #calories #fitnessmotivation #fatlossmotivation #losefat #fatlosstransformation #fitnesstips #macros #healthydiet #healthylife #fitnessfacts
