This is not my video, but it is a brilliant assessment of The Neverending Story that really impressed me.

Personally, I see the depth in stories, the unsaid meaning that the masses are oblivious to, but I'm unaccustomed to seeing this from others.

I also digitally cleaned up the sky, clouds, & crown. Then I touched up statue color as it was off in some places. Finally, I placed new text.

This was and still is the best attempt at a Naturist Statue of Liberty that I could find.

Politically, I'm a centrist, and I often find myself agreeing with both sides depending on the issue.

However, I'm staunchly opposed to extremism in all forms, and currently the Republican party is inundated with them. I've seen too much to trust any but a couple of them at this point. The violence, racism, sexism, treason, complete disbelief in proven fact over the word of a criminal, etc...

So Go Democrats!!! Biden has accomplished an excessive amount since getting into office and while people like to focus on the negative I encourage the opposite. I don't agree with everything he/Democratics do, but most of what they have done is forward thinking and is now or will be highly beneficial to everyday Americans versus his predecessor who only took care of himself and his friends.

So let's keep the momentum going this fall and vote Democratic. If they have a few more reliable Democratic senators they could do so much more!

Happy World Naked Gardening Day!

Per WNGD.org, "Gardening naked is not only a simple joy, it reminds us--even if only for those few sunkissed minutes--that we can be honest with who we are as humans and as part of this planet."

These flowers are a ground cover called Mimosa strigillosa. When I bought my house years ago a few popped up one spring. I loved them and mowed around them. I have continued to do so, along with sparing any other spring flowers so that each spring I have a beautiful menagerie of flowers, butterflies, and bumblebees. Only after the reproduction process is finished do they get mowed down until the next blossoms appear.

The Mimosa strigillosa is also called the sensitive plant as when you touch the feathered leaves they respond by curling up towards your touch. Tiny Leaf Finger Hugs! 🤗

This photo is also why I needed to climb my column and half wall last weekend while trying to activate the remote shutter! I seriously need a photographically inclined nudist friend or girlfriend!
