“h-hey, make yourself comfortable, okay? let’s rest for a bit before we start cooking. a-are you thirsty? i... i could get you something to drink! what do you want?” it’s definitely not the first time a girl is at atsushi’s dorm since kyouka lives with him but for this evening she’s over at someone else’s place, much to her dismay. he doesn’t want to sound forward or anything, but he doesn’t want to chase her away either.

sits on his lap and dramatically puts her arms around his neck

“are you tired?”, he asks her before he wraps his arms around her waist and pulls her closer to his figure. lucy is always a bit spontaneous, but he never really minded that. he then gently lifts up her chin and swallows, before he comes closer with his face until their lips almost touch each other.

the tiger then gently kisses her lips but pulls away instantly, his face turning red. “a-ah, i’m s-sorry!”

AGGRESSIVELY WALKS UP TO HIM TO KISS HIM BEFORE SHE WALKS AWAY EVEN MORE AGGRESSIVELY.

being on his way to the agency he sees lucy from afar and waves at her, but something seems odd when she approaches him angrily... like he has done something. “h-hey, lucy! are you— !!”

before he could say something, he could feel her lips on his own. he widens his eyes and before he could actually return the kiss, she pulls away, walking away. 

he’s just... confused. not that he minds it ( he really enjoyed that kiss actually ), but he could feel so many gazes fixed at him at once. how awkward.

“w-what was t-that for...?”

"Why do you still care? You have more important things to to think about than me."

he didn’t say anything at first, but instead grabs her hand to tangle his fingers with those of hers. he’s certain about body contact but just for this time, he wants to show concern about her. there’s a lot of emotions that he carries around her and about her. there’s a tick of guilt that he carries around about her. he owes her after all. he promised to save her, and he knows how she feels. they are alike after all. 

“and you are important to me... see? you... you and i... we are alike... and i owe you... i owe you a lot. i don’t want to leave your side. i hope you understand.”

snuggles up against him. "Can I stay over... Just tonight.."

with a chuckle, he grabs a strand of her hair and gently plays with it. “you don’t have to ask to stay here”, he says softly. you can stay forever if you want.

          “s-sorry lucy-san, i didn’t mean to scare you. it’s not as bad as it looks though!” he had gotten pretty beat up during his last job, but hey, at least his hand regenerated immediately! he wouldn’t say that out loud. lucy would probably be even more upset that he lost a body part even if it was just momentarily. “i’ll be fine, don’t worry.”

sleeps on him tbh

he just so happens to open his eyes as he feels a familiar warmth and scent close to him. the hair that he was looking on was red, a red that he would recognize any time. he heaves a sigh and smiles, then wraps an arm around her to gently pull her closer. 

he really enjoys her closeness and warmth, he never really has expected her to be so soft and nice around him but he likes it. he enjoys it very much. the tiger then leans a bit closer to give her a soft kiss on her lips before he then nuzzles her head.

she’s just too cute.
