So I kinda came out to my mom that I'm a witch. She was pretty chill about it, as I figured she would be. Considering she's hid the fact she used to read tarot from my dad for 30 years and only just recently started opening up to me about her tarot and spirit work, I didn't figure she'd have too much of a problem with it. But I hate to think what my dad would do though if he found out I was a witch...
i was at work today and a dad came in with his 2 kids and said they could each pick out a toy, the little girl picked out and star wars themed ball and the little boy picked out a princess polly pocket doll their dad didn't even bat a eye and some day i hope all parents are as accepting as that father was of his 2 kids breaking gender norms

My mom brought up my sexuality tonight for the first time in a long time. I almost told her I'm gay, not bi as she believes, but didn't. She was defending me and showing she understands how it hurts me that her mom doesn't accept my girlfriends. Kind of made me night. She usually is polite but seems a bit in denial. Maybe if she keeps it up I can tell her the truth. So proud ♡

Me to Dad: "I want to do a cosplay of this female character."
Dad: "So basically you want to cross-dress."
Me: "Yeah, that ok?"
Dad: "Depends how pretty you look"
Me: "..................cool."
My daughter just told me she's bi. We have multiple LGBT friends. Yet she thought I'd stop loving her. How can I reassure her I would never stop loving her? Also, where can I find a support group? I just need to speak to another parent of a bi child (grown child).
The best way to show her you’ll always love her is to… love her always. There isn’t anything you could say to convince her but your actions will make it clear.
