Silver Glass AU

Mirrors have always terrified Character A as long as they can remember. Their first memory led them to the small mirror inside their mother’s jewelry box where they made silly faces to pass the time. One moment, they looked away when they heard a thump from the other room, and the next when they looked back, eyes that weren’t their own stared back at them from the other side of the mirror. 

They haven’t looked into a mirror since -- at least, not until a few months after their 16th birthday. During their permit test, they glanced at their instructor hesitantly before adjusting the side and rearview mirrors. A quick glance into the rearview revealed the impossible: Character A’s dead body thrown into the road from a crashed vehicle, eyes dead and wide open, staring back. 

Needless to say, Character A threw themselves from the parked car in horror. Scrying was supposed to skip their generation, but it seemed they weren’t as lucky as they had hoped.

Ballet AU

Lily Evans has been training to be a ballerina since she was four years old. She had reached the height of her success: one of the youngest Prima Ballerinas in History. She was famous for her commitment and talent.

All this is lost when Lily is involved in a tragic accident, which leaves her paralysed from the waist down. Lily is devastated, and unsure of what to do without her life's main focus.

Enter James Potter. James is a physiotherapist who is dedicated to helping his patients improve both physically and mentally. He also happens to be Lily Evans' number one fan.

When James is given the opportunity to help Lily, he snatches it with both his hands and his heart.

While Lily is still angry and resentful towards the world, she is also amused by the optimistic young Potter, and finds herself growing more and more attached to him. Could anything happen between them?
