the death of Frodo's parents wasn't an accident?🤔 What if, someone intentionally planed it, in order to pull Frodo under Bilbo's wing so the hobbit could end up with the Ring?

You know...Sauron wasn't completely defeated when Galadriel sent him away from Dol-Guldur...and then Saruman said "leave Sauron to me..."

Who also was in Rivendell when Thorin's Company arrived there along with a hobbit...named Bilbo Baggins...

and who else knew that Bilbo had the ring after the quest besides questioning Gandalf?(Plus Gollum of course)....who as you saw could mentally contact with Saruman(probably wizards'thing and elves')...the events happened after Sauron's awakening and Saruman taking the quest of hunting Sauron and becoming his puppet.
