How Genshin guys would react to you coming back with a serious injury
Assuming you guys are married
Situation you were so desperate to come back home to him that you dragged your body to go see him after some sort of fight or attack. You didn’t even process your injuries since your mind was occupied on seeing him again. (I added a bit to your scenario. I hope you don’t mind. If this wasn’t what you wanted feel free to request again with more details. ) To make writing easier assume the injury is on your back or abdomen.
Author’s note: I wrote this by accident. I’m disappointed with how it turned out. I completely misunderstood a prompt in my request. Posting since I don’t want my time working to go to waste. Probably unfinished.
Slowly Falls Apart
He runs to you and catches you as you collapse. He didn’t want you to go out of the city anyway. He’s not one to loose his calm most of the time but he’s basically watching you die in his arms. His voice will shake as he asks you what happened. In the meantime you’ll touch his cheek with a slight smile while yapping about how happy you are to see him again. He knows better than to talk to people who are too injured to understand but he can’t help it in this case. Will pick you up and run to the nearest hospital or pharmacy. The whole time his eyes are wide open. He’s pressing hard against your abdomen while whispering to you. “Come on. I know you can hold in there.” He isn’t even scared of blood but he’d be lying if he said the sight of you right now doesn’t make him feel like he needs to throw up. When you get there all he wants to do is rip your shirt open and bandage you himself but he knows it’s better to let the professionals handle it. He hesitantly leaves you with them but not before squeezing your hand to reassure you. “You’ll be okay. They’ll help you, then like always, you’ll come back to me.” He’s can’t even pretend that those words were for you because he knows they were more for himself. If he’s not allowed in the room while the medics work he’ll stumble off somewhere so he can throw up. The whole time his mind is racing. He’s the same one that is weirded out by those who delusion themselves yet here he is convincing himself that you’ll be okay despite seeing how badly you were wounded. He’ll wipe his face just to feel that it’s wet. He’ll look down at his hand to see it red with your blood and that’ll be enough to make him spiral.

Overthinks
Similar to the last one except he didn’t catch you. He froze for a moment. For him the world stopped as he saw your pretty white blouse with a part patch of red. He had bought you that shirt. Was this a joke? When you become unable to stand any longer he finally snaps out of it. You still try dragging your body to get closer to him. Adrenaline made you unable to process that you were leaving a blood trail with every little movement. Your name echoed from the sheer volume of his scream when he rushed over to you. “Help! I need a doctor.” He yelled. “Stop, there’s no time.” He thought. He picked you up but how do you pick someone who’s bleeding? He did whatever he could. Whatever he thought would make you the most comfortable. When you guys get a hospital he lets you go. He’s walking back and forth outside waiting for someone to tell him you will be okay. He doesn’t sleep until after you’re at home fully recovered.

Blames Himself
He had a gut feeling ever since that morning. When he saw you he didn’t notice immediately. Why didn’t he notice you were limping? Why didn’t he question your facial expression? He walked over. Why didn’t he run? You collapsed. Why didn’t he catch you? Why did it take him so long to get you to the hospital? Why didn’t he save you. For years after that he will continue to think of this day and how he wishes he acted quicker. How he wishes he was quicker.

He noticed the second he heard your voice. He came rushing over. Did an immediate on the spot assessment than dragged you back to a place with supplies so he could stitch your wound. He’s seen death before and he refuses to let you die. Will refuse to let you go out until you’re fully healed.
