Went off my meds for four days accidently, but at least I didn’t implode. Just a dramatic appetite loss and sleeping 12hours a day. I think my insurance does mail-order pharmacy so I’ll set that up before my next refill. It’s a tool to make things easier right? Noise-cancelling headphones are a tool to make stores easier, mail-order and phone-order are tools to make it so I don’t even need to go into stores. Run the dishwasher twice, right?

Casual stretching day

Just every hour or so focusing on a body part, and moving it this way and that. Searching for how it feels when moved

Stopping and holding it gently against where there is tension, pushing & coaxing it to release a little. Stopping when the discomfort spikes.

Then trying a different direction.
