Anyone want an accountability friend?
Helloooooo fellow ADHD-ers! I have a checklist of things I need to get done today (and every other day of course but I don’t want to make y’all thing this needs to be a long term thing) and I was wondering if anyone wanted to help hold me accountable today. I can do the same for you!
• we share a to-do list for today, in order of priority (what needs to get done first? What is most important?)
• we check in on chat here on tumblr every few hours or so to ask if at least one thing has been done. This is about positive support y’all!
• at the end of the day, just report to each other what we got done and how we feel. Anything that needs to be done immediately when we wake up tomorrow?
And that’s it! It’s kind of weird but it’s something that my ADHD coach suggested to do with someone and a lot of my close friends are unavailable for the long weekend here in the states. If not, totally cool I will find another way.
