Am I out and proud?

Sort of.

I'm not hiding it, i have little ace rainbows and ace themed stuff everywhere.

I had a bit moji with the ace rainbows as my profile pic for like years before i made a new one. I have pins, i have pictures i paint myself, i re-post ace stuff on my Instagram stories. I, of course, came out to my friends but that's it.

I never went to my family and said the word asexual to them. I don't really talk about this thing with them.

I don't really tell unless i 100% sure the people asking me about my “love life” know what I'm talking about.

I don't want to have the talk, i don't want to hear “you just haven't found the one”, “you are just a late bloomer”, “how you know if you don't try it” because i don't know how to explain that they are right but totally wrong at the same time.

I'm not a religious person but i believe in the balance of forces and in the laws of motion.

I can't know that someday ill find the one or that ill have a sexual awake in the future.

I constantly doubt myself so i don't want others to doubt my sexuality as well.

But an object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by a force (thanks Wikipedia for the translation) so i remains in my ace world till something ill hit me and hopefully its an asteroid.

For the “try it” part been there, do that, nothing special to say about it, didn’t suck, didn't rock my world either.

ps: as a female who dated only other female i found very inconvenient to outed myself as any kind of gay to my parents, especially in my teens, coz going out, having a sleepover is so much easier if u are pretending to hang out with the same sex friends no?
