sex-repulsed Ace!Sam. Sastiel on their anniversary
ace!sastiel; non-sexual bathing; married AU; sfw; 261 words;
Sam slides into the bath first, settling against the curved back of the large tub. The water is just on the low range of ‘hot’ and is a swirling pink and blue sudsy galaxy.
“It’s smells wonderful,” Castiel remarks when he strolls into their bathroom, only donning a fluffy white robe. “Which one did you use?”
“The pink one,” Sam replies. “It had some stars and stuff on it.”
“I like that one,” Castiel says, slipping the robe off his shoulders and letting it drop to the floor. He climbs the edge of the tub, putting two feet in to test the water’s temperature before sliding slowly into the space between Sam’s legs.
Cas settles against Sam, back to chest, letting out a soft sigh as he savors the heat of the bath and his husband working together, warming him to the core. He cranes his neck to one side to stretch the day’s tension away and Sam takes the opportunity to place a line of kisses up the strong muscle there.
“Happy anniversary, Cas,” Sam says between kisses.
“Mmn,” Castiel hums, arching into them. He stills, twisting to give Sam a proper kiss. “Happy anniversary to you too, Sam. You did a good job with the bath.”
Sam chases his lips for another kiss, mumbling. “Thought the flower petals would be a nice touch.”
Realizing something was missing, Castiel pulls away slightly, looking around the bathroom. “Did you forget the wine?”
“Damnit! It’s still on the kitchen counter.” Castiel looks at him expectantly. Sam sighs. “Okay, I’ll go get it...”
Just something I made for ace Sam day
Thank you so much for organizing Ace!Sam day! It really meant a lot to me.
It’s been really great, hasn’t it??? If anything, be thankful for all those who have been participating and reblogging! You all have been so wonderful, I am floored by your work.
Ace Sam Day Prompt: Castiel notices that Sam always agrees to sex, but never initiates it himself (ace sam who is not sex repulsed, but doesn't get why it's a big deal).
Sorry for the delay; sastiel; canonverse bunkerfic; ace!sam; sfw; 500 words
It takes months after the sexual part of their relationship began for Castiel to notice. The thought comes to his mind one morning, sprawled naked in their bed Sam’s room in the bunker after a night of debauchery.
Of all the times they’ve had sex, Sam has not once initiated it himself.
Some demisexual!Sam/Jess headcanons for AceSamDay:
Sam doesn’t feel sexual attraction for anyone, until Jess. He never got to know anyone long enough before that.
He doesn’t hear the word ‘asexual’ until college; it never even occurs to him to look. Afterward, he can’t believe he spent all those hours looking up obscure legends that nobody believed existed, and somehow missed the one that explained HIM.
Jess takes him to a Pride meeting, not for him, but for her, because she’s panromantic (and heterosexual). It’s after he hears a rundown of terms that he has a revelation, of sorts.
Really, Sam’s just so, so glad that he stopped driving around the states and went to college and learned THIS.
It’s another few months after that before he actually starts feeling sexual attraction toward Jess. They’ve already had sex by then, before the Pride meeting even, but it’s a whole new experience starting to want her.
He has to adjust from ‘asexual’ to ‘demisexual,’ and even though it’s just in his head, it still feels like he’s been lying somehow.
He tells Jess after that, because he lies to her about enough, already.
Jess is very cool with it (though she worries at first because they didn’t wait very long to have sex and did he actually want to, then?), and they sit down to have a talk about their sexual relationship. She tells him it’s fine, he wasn’t lying, he just wasn’t finished figuring it all out.
Sam is sex-indifferent, so even after he starts feeling attracted to Jess, the sex in and of itself is just okay, maybe pleasant, nothing fantastic. The fantastic part is doing it with Jess.
He likes the skin contact more than anything, and they end up taking a lot of showers together.

In honor of ace!Sam Day, I thought I’d share this with y’all. This was written awhile ago, but has seemed to resonate very strongly with a lot of my readers, so maybe this will help others out there as well.
Stay strong, you are not broken, you don’t need fixing, you are perfect and beautiful exactly as you are.

AceSamDay At twelve, Dean basically told him that masturbation was something that happened. Sam feels insecure. At Stanford, he discovers the term “asexual”. Writing this was personal, so I sincerely hope that I got it all out coherently. I hope you like it!
