Bubby has got such a cute swagger when he walks - I noticed when everyone got their haircut a couple weeks ago that his body has turned into the shape of a fat daschund - free feeding may have been a mistake after Gilmore died - Sidney & Bodhi have stayed skinny & Bubby has hoovered up the stuff left over. I have been too sick to walk all 3 dogs at once so I just let them loose in the backyard but thatโs obviously not enough so Iโm going to walk one at a time instead - walking for dogs is so important- doesnโt Bubby look just over the moon? We also walked around Long Lake - the part with the 10 foot wide paths - I only almost killed myself about 5 times on the ice #bubbythebichon #swagger #aclrecovery #aclsurvivor #bichonfrise #longlake #spryfield #friday #halifax #novascotia #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters (at Dogkisser International Headquarters) https://www.instagram.com/p/B9H8qzsHw3m/?igshid=wu3jg3hcflli

21 days posts up #aclsurgery #aclreconstruction #aclrecovery and also the start of a new season and episode 500 of my favorite show Survivor. So many people have so many survivor stories and our #aclfamily are each an #aclsurvivor standing tall and getting stronger everyday!! I'm at 3 weeks post op, halfway to my six week check up. Ironically I was feeling a little frustrated and aggravated with my progress today. I went back to work full time last Thursday and it has definitely taken a toll on my exercises and home physical therapy circuits. I felt pretty stiff and that the swelling was not continuing to go down. Thanks @kerrastockman for motivation, I busted out a full set of exercises this evening with some elevation and ice and amazingly I felt so much better and stronger. Atrophy happens so quickly but it also comes right back quickly. So keep doing your thing. I know it's going to motivate me to make sure I schedule time for my recovery. And that's how we survive. ๐ฏ ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ๐ค๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏInsert cheesy "I'm a survivor" music now. ๐ถ๐ถ๐คฃ๐๐คฃ๐๐ถ๐ถ
