That feeling when your favourite villager moves out....

Broccolo’s another of those villagers with the super tiny round eyes that somehow manage to be expressive anyway. Like, the resolution is high enough that even with his eyes so small, you can tell when they’re closed, when they’re narrowed, whatever. It’s kind of impressive what they can do with so little. I guess that’s always sort of been Nintendo’s thing, though, right? Doing more with less? I mean, I feel like that’s long been a huge part of the success of Pokemon. Look at the graphics on that compared to AAA titles on XBox and Playstation, and there’s a pretty obvious difference. Same here! These graphics are not super high-detailed, but they still convey a lot.

I don’t know, I think about this a lot.
