PAUSE⏸ This is a healing frequency. SOUND ON👁‍🗨 Enjoy this untaping and admire the CHANGE. You see change is all around us. It supports our ability to acknowledge birth as well as death. Change is the only constant we can count on. Everything comes and goes in cycles. Ebb and flow, night and day, good and bad. What’s important is WHERE you are in the cycle of change. The deeper we stay rooted in own core principles, or hearts, the less the movements of change affect us. Just like a spinning wheel, the closer we are to the center, the steadier everything is. I want to challenge you today to take 5 minutes. Set a timer. Put your phone on “do not disturb”. And close your eyes. Sit here quietly and objectively sit with all the zooming thoughts. Take each fleeting thought and visualize it in its own little cloud. Acknowledge and thank each thought. Sit and just be grateful. Make a mental inventory of all your blessings. Then take this gratitude and love and visualize it spreading over you, then your home, then your neighborhood, city, state, and so on, spreading love to the entire world!
