We are already on to the sixth album of the series! It will be featuring five new characters, along with our two beautification club first years! My friend @ichijoudanirei already made a post containing all the details about the album and the characters. You can read it here o(≧∇≦o)

So I am slowly looking through old drama CD releases, and I just arrived in the release list of 2014 so forgive the extremely late hype.
I found these three CDs and at first I was confused at what they are based on, but apparently they are based on vocaloid songs. Basically they took the song and turned it into a story, which is nifty. It kind of interested me so I researched the songs a bit (and really like some of them!).
The songs are
吉原ラメント (Yoshiwara Lament)
ヴェノマニア公の狂気 (Venomania Kou no Kyouki)
威風堂々 (Ifuudoudou) -I really like 96neko her voice ok, don’t judge-
That last one really confused me at first because it is the Japanese title for Pomp and Circumstance which is a piece of classical music ^-^;;
Anyway, I listened to the first two songs and looked at the lyrics and those seemed quite interesting. Yoshiwara Lament is about a girl who is sold into the life of a courtesan but keeps hoping to find her true love (and the video implies she does). Despite being upbeat it is a pretty sad song.
Venomania Kou no Kyouki is about a count who made some sort of deal with the devil and now any woman who looks at him falls in love. When his childhood love disappears one man sneaks into the harem to kill the count. The song is sung from the perspective of different people which is interesting on its own. (Also the CD is voiced by Okiayu Ryoutarou. BIG PLUS).
Both songs seemed like interesting stories. I don’t know whether they put a spin on the stories but even they don’t, this looks interesting. Maybe I should listen to this? So I listened to the last song...
Ifuudoudou. The cover of the CD looked so cute but....well...there is no easy way to say this. It is a song about LUST. PURE LUST. Like, ripping of someone’s shirt of because you can’t wait LUST Have an amazing English cover to drive the point home.
Which is when I realised... all of these CDs have an overtly sexual theme...AHAHAHAHA. Maybe not the best thing to start with after a long hiatus.
