I had an interview this last week and got hired at a new job today! It's at the library~ It's only part time, so I'll still have to stay at my dollar store job, but it's a step in the right direction finally!! My car recently died and I couldn't afford the repair cost/it wouldn't have been worth it cause it would have broken down again anyways, so I sold it for a paltry sum _:(´ཀ`」 ∠): I have coworkers taking me to work often, but they won't be so nice with another job lol, so I'll be buying a bike and hoping no one tries to hit me while I drive through 3 cities lmfao.
I also got an email about setting up an interview for another, full time job with the city court. Even though I'm absolutely ecstatic to have landed this library job, the court job is full time and pays 12.50/hr, which would be... Way better than what I make now. If they call me for an interview, I'm gonna go, and if I nail it... I may end up dropping this library job _:(´ཀ`」 ∠): I'd feel incredibly bad, but it would be so much easier not having to juggle 2 jobs and having a job that's actually in my city, so I wouldn't have to bike far. I could save up for a down payment for a car.
But my dream library job ( ⚈̥̥̥⌢⚈̥̥̥) Tough decisions, but I gotta make the one that will help me the most, and right now money over dreams _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):
