Wow! I had my old car when I was 16 too. I wanted to get a new one this summer (my old one was a '99) and then I had a fender bender. I ended up with a 2013 Nissan Rogue and its awesome!
@actually-willow I’d also planned to get a new one later in the school year, once I had a couple of paychecks under my belt! My old one was a ‘97 lol. But I guess it decided that it was ready to go now instead of holding out a little while longer. I will admit, I’ve been LOVING my civic the past couple of days, so it all worked out for the best!

So I teach at a private school and we have a virus going around which means I have had 8-9 kids every day this week. I feel crazy I am getting paid just to teach nine kids! Its been really nice haha but I know having to do all the make up tests and everything won't be
I know this feeling for sure! I used to get excited when kids were absent because I thought it would be easier, but now I’ve learned that every minute a student misses ends up in five minutes of me trying to catch them up when they finally get back. I had a student gone four days last week (3 for sickness and then 1 for when her mom wanted her to come to some sort of ceremony at her work...which...are you serious? Like maybe if she hadn’t been gone for 3 days in a row already...but really?!). Anyway, now I’m pretty convinced that she will never completely catch up at this point.

Oh dear, I think I probably fall prey to that secret as well :/ If I got married tomorrow my bridesmaids would definitely be my big sister and my two best girlfriends. Who knows who the guys would be though - that’s a scary thought! Thank you for the distraction <3

Hey I was wondering if you knew a good brand or could post for your followers to reply on good pens/markers to use for grading? Ideally would be something easy to write with, bright, and most importantly does not bleed through to the back of the page! I want to stock up during the summer :) Thank you!
Help!! Teachers, here is your chance to talk up your favorite products! I am not a good referrer, because I once marked grades in crayon.
I meant to ask this before but is there a way to search or can you make a list of books you reviewed by what stars you gave them? Like when I go to the bookstore I would like to look at books you gave 4 or 5 star ratings to buy. Thanks!
