Simple Buffalo Chickpea salad sandwich 🥪
Ingredients
1/2 can chickpeas
3 table spoons buffalo sauce
Dave's killer 12 grain bread 2 slices
Boathouse blue cheese dressing
Avacado
Spinach
I adopted this idea from several Pinterest recipes. Smash the chickpeas with the buffalo using a fork. Put on bread, top with avacado, spinach and dressing. Makes 4 servings 275 calories.
