I have a desk job now; I should not be having so much trouble gaining. At the very least, I shouldn’t be losing when I’m only getting 10K steps a day and eating 2250.

Six months of a beginner routine and I’m finally starting to struggle—I couldn’t get up from a squat today and had to roll it off my back, which was a little embarrassing, but oh well. I’d be happier about getting so much stronger if I were also getting some mass to go with it; I’ve been stuck at 125 since the the beginning of March.
My stupid gym at work has only one bench that someone just started using—no way I can get my workout done in just my lunch hour in this case. So now I have to wait till after work to lift which means I’ll be walking home in the dark.
