are the rumors about Geonwoo from alpha drive one true? idk if u know much abt it but basically he’s been accused of power tripping, bullying and having a bad personality by staff members. and previously had to apologize for similar behavior during boys planet…. so im just curious.
page of pentacles reversed, ten of wands, five of cups
allegedly, for entertainment purposes only, this does not read to me like someone who was completely innocent and misunderstood.
i’m just going to be honest. if the cards had been something like the sun, six of cups, justice upright, or temperance, i’d be more inclined to say, “maybe this was exaggerated” or “maybe people twisted the situation.” but with the page of pentacles reversed, ten of wands, and five of cups, this looks like immaturity, pressure, poor behavior, regret, and emotional heaviness.
the page of pentacles reversed is the card that makes me feel like he did not handle his position well. upright, this card can be someone learning, improving, being teachable, taking responsibility, and being grounded. reversed, it can become someone immature, entitled, careless, not learning the lesson, or mishandling an opportunity. so in this context, it feels like he may have been in an environment where he was supposed to grow, train, and prove himself, but instead, some of his lower traits came out.
and no, that does not automatically mean he was just a cartoon villain terrorizing everyone every day. but it does feel like he did something. there is not enough “clean” energy here for me to say he was completely innocent.
the ten of wands explains the pressure around it. this is someone carrying too much, feeling like everything is on their back, and being crushed by expectation. trainee life is already intense, but this card makes it feel like he may have felt like he had no room to fail. like, “if this does not work, i don’t know what i’m going to do.” and when someone is under that much pressure, it can bring out the ugliest parts of them.
again, that does not justify hurting people. it just explains the emotional climate.
then the five of cups is sadness, disappointment, regret, shame, and feeling low. it gives “hurt people hurt people.” not in a soft redemption-arc way, but in a realistic way. he may have been unhappy, insecure, stressed, or feeling less-than, and instead of dealing with that in a healthy way, he projected it onto other people.
so my take is: yes, i think there was truth to it.
but i also think the root of it was not just “he’s naturally evil.” it feels more like the environment, pressure, competition, and his own emotional state turned him into someone ugly.
