Dazai 100% has a work tablet but he only plays fucking tunnel town on it, he doesnt even like animal jam he just likes to name the bunnies after people he knows and make them work for him.

Kunikida first thought he was doing actual work until he caught a glimpse of two rabbits dancing and Dazai fucking slammed that shit closed embarassed and insisting it was for a new type of bunny and not because of their names, Kunikida has no idea what that means but he is mad about the lack of working !!!

I feel like the agency has to force Dazai to actually get normal things for himself, home boy has like no items other than his clothes and a sentimental item I doubt he allows himself any extras, like all of the mafia have their preferences and such but Dazai has always seemed to have the bare fucking minimum. Y'know what though i'd blame Mori for that, I doubt he was allowed silly fun things, comfort stuff or normal teenager stuff.

I doubt the agency is completely blind and like?? Dazai is getting paid he just never seems to use it at some point they gotta throw Kunikida and Yosano at him with a list of stuff to go get.

Kunikida just throws him over his shoulder and runs to the grocery store while Yosano sneaks off to the mall on a fuckin mission.

Note they likely did this with Atsushi too but he would have been less resistant and more amazed at all the new stuff while Dazai just is on a mission to escape, he hates the gifts its absolutely obliterates him and he has no idea how to respond to them.

Though Atsushi would most likely only pick out stuff for the others...

He is trapped by the love unable to run because he doesn't want to (even tho he wont say that out loud) and because he doesn't want to disturb anyone and also because what else is the best escape from trauma and touch-starvation other than cuddles with the ADA? I cannot imagine anything better.

I also like to think they cuddle him bc they know he is so touch-starved,, its painful to watch because he wants cuddles he just doesn't know how to approach them about the whole thing. It definitely helps him sleep when he isn't alone so being surrounded by loved ones?? Heavenly for Dazai.

opinion on big brother dazai? more specifically with kyoka cus i feel like they'd be such a cute duo yk?? especially with their pasts being similar and stuff

YESS these two are like the funniest sibling duo ever, esp because Kyouka is stone faced and takes everything literally and Dazai cannot take anything seriously, at first for sure Kunikida was terrified of the two bouncing off of each other but Dazai just happens to be extremely helpful in explaining Kyouka's behaviour and assumptions. He probably also tries to help her a lot because she reminds him of Akutagawa and he likely (def) feels guilty about that whole issue.

He kind of sees it as making up for Akutagawa's mistakes in harming her, he definitely drags her and Atsushi out for crepes and other yummy treats she wants to try, if he doesn't have enough money? Kunikida is being robbed with a smooch and a hug and the kids are happy.

They are just?? Fluff siblings , but Kyouka definitely gets fed up with him from time to time and will call out his bullshit if she feels like it and since she has no filter he will bribe her to stay silent if she hears something she wasn't supposed to. They definitely bond over talking shit about the PM and no one else knows what they are talking about, also like? Since Kyouka loves sweets and Dazai goes with her,, they get sugar high and scare everyone, two murderers plus immense amounts of sugar......

Kyouka also most likely understands his moodiness, if he is having a day shes not going to call him out and keeps her distance or she listens when he vents and if she needs advice he will sit there for hours to try and help even if he isn't the best at it. They have soft brother sister moments when no one is around so they know one another quite well and surprise the ADA with random knowledge of the other.

Oh my god I can imagine her seeing Dazai drag Kunikida into a closet and going to say something later and just Dazai fucking snatches her to silence her so she doesn't tell Fukuzawa about their closet escapades.
