You dropped something!
Adan-aran noticed that you dropped one of your keys and came out of hiding to help you.
If you have ideas for other things I could draw him doing, feel free to send me asks. He loves the forest cause cities scare him and he’s kind of lonely.
When Adan-aran travels, he likes to do so through things that will keep him hidden and safe. Especially when he’s carrying Witchash. Hollow logs are perfect for this sort of thing.

Adan-aran grows a very rare herb called Witchash. Normally, you have to find it out just out in the wild, but he’s found a way to actually grow it. He likes to plant it in so he always has some ready.
Adan-aran’s garden is just through this bush, which he has trimmed very carefully to allow himself through. It is a very nice say to be growing things.

Pictures and story below the cut. Enjoy!
This is Adan-aran. He does not particularly enjoy getting wet and forgot to bring his cloak out with him into the forest, so he hides under a mushroom until the rain goes away.
As the rain stops, the little wisp noticed that a passing Adventurer dropped something in the path, and, as he is a just a little guy filled with good intentions, he ran out to grab the key and make sure the adventurer took it with him.
In return, the Adventurer was quite grateful to have his key back, even more he realized he’d dropped it, and give Adan-aran a blue button as a gift. Adan-aran could not be more delighted about this turn of events.
Adan-aran had more plans for things he needed to do that day, but the rain had kept him quite busy and he did have a treasure to protect, so he headed back home to his little treehouse. (There is a speed paint youtube video for this image, which you can view here.)
Hopping into his little leaf boat, a new creation to allow him to explore the other side of the stream, Adan-aran could view the sunset as he pushed for the shore.
After climbing his ladder, Adan-aran was quite tired and the sun had set. He was quite glad to be home again.
With his button hung proudly on the wall, he fell asleep comfy and cozy, surrounded by his other little treasures.
Here we see the end of the garden arc. Adan-aran has finally made it to the road where a traveler is waiting for him and his small bundle of witch ash.
