It's a quarter after one I'm all alone and I need you now Said I wouldn't call, but I lost all control And I need you now And I don't know how I can do without I just need you now

That swing feel
The top hot rotation song on W-ADHD in my head right now. Up to pee at 3AM, it's going strong. Feeding the cats at 7AM, still going! All the spots on the Top Ten whether you enjoy the song or not!
Author-chan, does ADHD come with social anxiety? Mine has gotten pretty bad lately and I'm wondering if it's related.
It absolutely can, dear Anon! Not everyone with ADHD has social anxiety, but a general anxiety is so common that I wouldn't be at all surprised if you also have RSD, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. RSD is a very new diagnosis term but it's existed forever just like ADHD. Currently, RSD is exclusive to ADHD as a diagnosis but it often crops up in people without ADHD, especially if there's an overall anxiety disorder. A lot of people without ADHD might scoff, "oh, pff, anyone can have that, you're not special" - and that's a huge part of the problem. ADHD and its symptoms are specifically about chronic, uncontrollable, neurodivergent issues, not like everyone else, in need of treatment or regulation.
