Hi community,
How are we all doing ? We all have been through a lot over the past few weeks.
Try to remember to drink some water.
Try and keep your work space in one area.
Set timers when you are working. It is so easy to get lost in a project if you don't have the normal distractions to break it up.
Make a list at the end of the day of things you did and what you need to do for the next day.
Most of all. Be kind to yourself ! This is difficult for everyone. It is especially difficult for non neurotypical humans.
You are doing the best you can. Every moment doesn't need to be productive. It's okay to be upset. It's okay to have feelings.
