A tip for adhders (if you see this please reblog this)
When I’m experiencing understimulation, I like to go onto minecraft and do repetitive tasks like chopping down trees or mining a big hole, because the repetition gives me some dopamine.
It doesnt give me a huge amount, but it’s good to get rid of the headachey feeling until I have something better to do. This can be done with any task thats repetitive.
