[Ibn Kathir, al-Waabil al-Sayyib]
Surah Al Ikhlas
Translation (Sahih International):
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
1. Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One
2. Allah, the Eternal Refuge.
3. He neither begets nor is born,
4. Nor is there to Him any equivalent.
Adhkaar
It was narrated that Abaan ibn ‘Uthmaan (may Allah be pleased with him) said, narrating from ‘Uthmaan ibn ‘Affaan who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: “Whoever says ‘Bismillah illadhi la yadurru ma’a ismihi shay’un fi’l-ard wa la fi’l-sama’ wa huwa al-samee’ ul-‘aleem (In the name of Allah with Whose name nothing can harm on earth or in heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing)’, three times, will not be stricken with a sudden affliction until morning comes, and whoever says them when morning comes will not be stricken with a sudden affliction until evening comes.”
This is one of the great adhkaar that the Muslim should recite every morning and evening, so that he may be protected thereby, by Allah’s leave, against being struck by a sudden calamity or disastrous harm
The messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
“There is no servant who recites in the morning of every day and the evening of every night,
بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم
Transliteration: Bismillaahi-hilladhi laa yadurru ma’a ismihi shay’un fil-ardi wa laa fis-samaa wa huwa as-Samee’ ul-‘Aleem
Translation: In the Name of Allaah, with Whose Name nothing on the earth or in the Heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
three times, except that nothing shall harm him.”

Morning Supplications (Adhkaar) Part One
Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Him to the extent of the number of His creation and to the extent of His pleasure and to the extent of the weight of His Throne and to the extent of the ink of His words. (Three Times)
O Allah! By Your leave we reach the morning and by Your leave we reach the evening and by Your leave we live and by Your leave we die and to You is our return. (One Time)
O Allah! Whatever blessings I or any of Your creation have arisen upon this morning are from You alone, You have no partner, so for You is all praise and to You is all thanks. (One Time)
We enter a new morning upon the nature of Islam, and the word of pure faith and upon the religion of our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the upon the creed of our forefather Ibrahim (Alaihisalam) who was one inclined towards truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah] and he was not of the polytheists. (One Time)
O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the the unseen and the seen, Lord and Sovereign of all things, I seek refuge in You from the evil within me and from the evil of Satan and his shirk (association with You) and from committing a wrong against my soul or against another Muslim. (One Time)
O Allah! Verily I have reached the morning and I call on You, and on the bearers of Your throne, Your angels, and all of Your creation to witness that You are Allah, none has the right to be worshiped except You, Alone, You have no partner and that indeed Muhammad ﷺ is Your servant and messenger. (One Time)
We and the entire dominion have entered a new morning for Allah, Lord of the worlds. O Allah! I ask You for the good of this day, its victories and its assistance and its light and its blessings and its guidance. And I seek refuge in You from the evil that is in it and from the evil that is before it and from the evil that follows it. (One Time)
We and the entire dominion have entered a new morning for Allah, and all praise is due to Allah, there is no deity but Allah, the One, Who has no partner with Him. His is the sovereignty and all Praise is due to Him and He has power over all things. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good that follows it, and I seek refuge in You from laziness, and the helplessness of old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the hellfire and the punishment in the grave. (One Time)
Before going to sleep
“When you go to sleep, say ‘SubhanAllaah’ thirty-three times, ‘Alhamdulillaah’ thirty-three times, and ‘Allaahu akbar’ thirty four times.”
— The Prophetﷺ| Sahih al Bukhari #4943
The rewards and benefits after reciting the following statement after every Fajr and Maghrib prayer;
لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، يحيي ويميت، وهو على كل شيء قدير
“laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyee wa yumeetu wa huwa alaa kulli shay’in qadeer”
(None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah alone having no partner, sovereignty is His and all praise is for Him and He brings life and He causes death and He has full power over everything.)”
— At Tirmidhi #3484

I seek refuge in the totality of the words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. (One Time)
In the name of Allah, by Whose name nothing on the earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All Knowing, the All-Hearing. (Three Times)
O Allah! Grant well-being to my body, O Allah! Grant well-being to my hearing, O Allah! Grant well-being to my sight. There is no deity but You. (Three Times)
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no deity but You. (Three Times)
O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, by Your mercy I seek (Your) assistance, rectify for me all my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for a blink of an eye. (One Time)
O Allah! You created me and You guide me and You feed me and You give me to drink and You will cause me to die and You cause me to live. (One Time)
O Allah! You are my Lord; there is no deity except You. You created me and I am Your servant, I abide by Your covenant and promise to the best of my ability. I seek refuge with You from the evil of which I have committed. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none forgives sins except You. (One Time)
O Allah! Verily I ask You for wellness in this life and in the hereafter. O Allah! I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion and in my worldly affairs and in my family and in my wealth. O Allah! Cover up my defects, and calm my fears. O Allah! Protect me from the front and from behind and from my right and from my left and from above and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence lest I am destroyed from beneath me. (One Time)
Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him, I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne. (Seven Times)
