Fluff/Romantic Headcannons for Gladius

- On his first date he would be super nervous. And as much as he is slightly embarrassed by how overbearing his family can be he’d ask them all for advice. - He’s a super tsundere. He doesn’t really like to show his emotions but he really loves it when his partner is really affectionate towards him. He’ll pretend to hate it and brush them off but they know the real him. - For some reason I get the feeling from him that he really gets flowers??? Like understands what the meaning is behind each flower and their colors and because he isn’t so great with words he would express it through flowers. - I also think that Gladius would be very infatuated with his partners hands. Long and slender, or short and round fingers he wouldn’t care. He would be fixated on how they move when his partner is talking or how it feels when their hand in intertwined with his own.

Luffy:At first he was oblivious. Luffy was too focused on the battle at hand and didn’t know you were gone until he snuck a glance at where he last saw you and saw that you were missing. First a chill ran through his body, only to be replaced by the bearing heat of his anger. He turned back to his enemy with malice in his eyes as he yelled, “WHERE IS ________?!”

Law:Law’s brain was over-calculating everything going on the battle field. He was making mental notes of the health and stamina of his crew, to the weak spots of his opponent, to how you were doing in your fight….. Only to realize that you weren’t there. Panic would course through every nerve ending and through his spine but he wouldn’t dare let that show. He kept his composure calm, and though to himself “______ is strong, they wouldn’t go down so easily.” With that signature smirk of his, he would turn his steely eyes to his opponent raise his hand and say “You’ll regret ever laying a hand on ______”.

Zoro:Even though Zoro was in the midst of battle he would feel your lack of presence the moment you were taken. When it came to you Zoro always felt like he had an extra sense, like your souls were connected. Without any fear he kept cutting down his opponents in front of him as he looked for any sign of you. As he laid his eye on your limp body behind the opposing captain he felt a violent heat surge through him as uncontrollable bloodlust overtook him. Mind focused on you and nothing but you, Zoro unsheathed his katanas.

Sabo:

The moment you disappeared from his side was the moment something within Sabo snapped, the edges of his clothes set ablaze. He narrowed his analytical eyes and searched the battlefield for any sight of you. The more he worried about not finding you, the more everything around him was charred to dust. As he found the captain responsible for your kidnapping, he would trap their head in his hand and whisper “Dragon Claw”.

Ace:Ace was always known for his recklessness. Whether on the ship or in battle he carried this habit wherever he went. But perhaps this time he was carried away. He was so caught up in showing off for you, to show you that he could take anyone down, that he didn’t see that you were missing. Climbing down from his high he’d tell over the noises of battle “Oi, _____. Ya see that?” When he didn’t get a response is when he would start to get worried and loose his normal carefree aura. He would grow serious and analytical as he showed his true strength as commander. His clothes would start to singe as he slowly lost the focus to maintain his ability. When he finally found who was responsible for your kidnapping he would smile, “I’ll take my time with you. You can reflect on your actions and all that you did wrong to _______.”

Marco:

During battle, Marco would fly calmly overhead the cluster of bodies fighting and thrashing at each other surveying his crew, and aiding the members he could. When it registered that he has not yet seen you, he leaped into the sky once more to look for you. As he saw no sign of your presence he started to grow mad. Mad at the person responsible, and mad at himself for letting yet another person so close to him out of his sight. With an unspoken promise in his heart , he would do whatever it takes to find you.

Shanks:He was having a great time drinking as he went to your shared bedroom to collect you for yet another game. But when he saw several of your belongings broken and strewn all over the room he would drop his drink. Damn,“ he would curse under his breath. Of course his opponent would strike at the worst time, during one of his parties. The more it dawned on himthat you were kidnapped the more he would clench his hand so tightly that his knuckles would turn white as he turned around and made it back to the deck. He would make it well known to his crew that the party was over and that they will celebrate again, after they found you.

Smoker:The fight with you from earlier was still fresh in his mind. And the fact that you have given him the silent treatment hasn’t helped either. Sure Smoker was a stubborn man but when it came to you, he didn’t know which way was up. He stalked up to your chambers and knocked on your door. Quietly grumbling out a half hearted apology. When you didn’t answer the more frustrated his knocks became. ”_____, I know you’re mad at me but you can’t be THAT mad at me.“ When you still didn’t answer he took a deep drag from his cigars. “FUCK THIS IM COMING IN.” As he sifted in through the cracks in your door he saw that you were no where to be seen. The glass window above your bed broken. Shards of glass littered all over your bed. Your absence leaving a taste is his mouth more bitter than his cigars. He would narrow his eyes and clench a fist around his jitte as he stalked down the hallway, hellbent on finding you.

Doflamingo proposes to his SO?

Sorry for the long wait dear anon! I hope this is worth it :)

The stars graced the sky as you kept fidgeting withyour clothes. Warm, familiar, tanned hands came out from behind as they gentlyplaced their palms on yours, and chills creeped up your spine. Doflamingolowered his lips to your ear “Fufufu, do I make you nervous (f/n)? You shouldbe used to me by now” You could feel him smile as a blush made its way to yourface. A chuckle resounded deep in his chest as he snaked a long arm around yourwaist and pulled you into him. “Now (f/n), why did you leave the party I sograciously threw for you? I told you this was an important party” There was asmile in his voice but when your eyes settled on his face, you saw that he wasserious. 

You looked over your shoulder at the castle lit up with life. Filledwith people dancing, music oozing through the crowd, and booze as far as theeye can see. You turned back to Doflamingo and smiled as you slowly ran a handup his arm. “I just needed some fresh air is all, darling.” He smiled andleaned down so your hand could cup his cheek. “You’re not out here because youwanted a smaller, more subtle party correct?” He joked. You took in his tallstature, obnoxious pink coat, and blonde locks. He sure loves to be over the top,you thought to yourself as another smile reached your cheeks. “My love I wouldnever even dream to use you and subtle in the same sentence.” At that his smilewidened as he took your hand and led you back into the ballroom.

 As soon as thetwo of you stepped onto the dance floor the band started to play a slow song,and the bodies around you started to sway to the melody. “Fufufu, looks like wemade it just in time. “ He leaned down to you and extended his hand, “May Ihave this dance, (f/n)?” You blushed as you nodded and accepted his hand. Heghosted his hands over your body until they found the proper places, with adevilish gleam on his face he swept you onto the dance floor.  You both glided through the throng of partyguests on your way to the center. As you danced you admired the grace this man possessed.He is called the Heavenly Demon, he is feared by many. But here you’ve been,treated like a treasure. With you he has been patient, delicate. You looked upat the handsome man’s face as your chest filled with the love you felt for him.Seeming to read your thoughts Doflamingo chuckled as he spun you in circles,holding your waist tightly. The crowd seemed to part for you as you finallyreached the center of the ballroom. 

In the midst of a turn, the music stopped.Along with the voices of the party goers. Surprised, you looked around tryingto figure out the problem. You and Doffy were in front of a beautiful fountainbefore a grand stair case. One the stairs you saw each executive of the DonquixoteFamily. Confused, you looked up to Doffy who was looking down on you with asmile and an intensity you could feel in your bones. He encased your small handin both of his large graceful palms. “(F/n),” He started, “Since the first timeI laid eyes on you, I knew you were special. I knew you were meant to rule nextto me, I knew you were meant to be mine. And since then that is all I everwanted.” Your breath hitched in your throat as he dug into his coat pocket andpulled out a box. He started to lean down but not kneel, Doflamingo would neverlook up to anyone. He opened the box with a wild smile on his face. “So what doyou say (f/n)? Will you finally be mine? Forever?” He added with a lick of hislips.

Chrollo would admire your bluntness, he finds that sugarcoated words hold little to no meaning  and would appreciate that you care enough to be so straightforward with him.  He is very calm, cool, and calculated and would find your clumsiness endearing. Although he is not home very often due to the fact that he is the leader of the murderous  Phantom Troupe, when he is home he would look forward to your baking and while watching scary movies with you he would point out everything thats wrong with them. “What were they thinking!?  when  you decapitate someone there is way more blood than that!”

i find this blog annoying because the admins all feel so fake. also it confuses me cause i don't remember all the admins' names. it just seems excessive to have all these people just working on one blog in order to cater to people. this isn't a business so i don't get why you're so serious about everything

Ahahaha…hello, anon. I’m sorry to hear that you find the blog annoying for such reasons. Just because you feel someone is being “fake” doesn’t mean that they are. You don’t know us so there’s a chance you may be projecting feelings onto us that make you think we’re insincere. As for remembering our names, it might take a while because names can be tricky for people to remember. But whenever you forget, you could always look at the sidebar where our names are shown. Also there’s nothing excessive about the number of admins on this blog, there are tons of requests to be filled and with more people on board they can be done faster. This will also mean less stress for admin Kei and admin Mel as they don’t have to worry about letting anyone down. As for why the seriousness, simple: we just want to make people happy. That’s all, there’s no other reason. You may not understand that but that’s fine, not everything a person does will make sense to another.

Anywaaay, I’m not Kei, so there’s a chance you may not be satisfied with this answer, and if she wants, she can feel free to add her own piece. I just wanted to say something because I don’t like that the other admins were called fake. I may not have known them long but they’re all kind and sweet people and I hope that you and everyone else will be able to see that for yourselves.That’s all I wanted to say, sorry it’s long.~ Admin Vivi

Hello again. If you can’t even remember our names then what do you think gives you the right to call all of us fake? It’s clear you don’t know a thing about us, but alas, you’re still entitled to your own opinions. Excessive? This isn’t a business? Why am I so serious about everything? To think I’d ever hear these words out of someone…I’m honestly not surprised.

So the blog has 6 admins at the moment, and you think that’s excessive. Well here’s what I think, given that none of us individually can contribute more than 7 hours a week (honestly, do you really think we don’t take our time on requests? We put a lot of time and effort into every request we get because we prioritize quality) and three of us are involved with other blogs, on top of the fact that we’ve all got our own lives to deal with, I think it’s natural to go about things in a way that maximizes efficiency. Because that’s thinking smart. After all, it’s better to overdo a job than it is to not get it finished, right?

Before they joined this blog, I spoke to every single one of them individually to judge their characters for myself; and I can tell you right now that none of them are ‘fake’. How can you call people who give up their free time to go out of their way to make people happy ‘fake’? But if you’re still not convinced, then give me you Skype account. I’ve created a group chat for all of the admins, and you’re more than welcomed to join us. You can’t judge people if you’ve never interacted with them, right? Otherwise that’s just sheer ignorance, and if that’s the way you think about things, then I just feel sorry for you.

You think we’re doing all of this just to cater to people? Honestly, I’m starting to question how much value you put onto others, because the happiness of others apparently isn’t something you hold in high regards. I don’t know about you, but making people happy has always been a motivation of mine. Seeing them happy also makes me feel better about myself, because for even just a moment, I made someone feel better. And I’m sure the others feel the same way.

Furthermore, there’s more to this blog than just making people happy. Behind the scenes, we admins are always collaborating and interacting. The truth is, I didn’t just let them join the blog to have them do requests, I wanted the chance to grow as a person. I’ve always been the type who likes to do things on their own. I’m a perfectionist, and I like to be independent. If I can do a job by myself, then why should I bother with asking others to help? That was the sort of thinking I had before, but now I understand that working and getting along with others is a necessary skill in life, and it’s through working together with everyone that I can truly see how small my world used to be. We’re all so different, and yet we want the same thing. Learning to interact with others is a part of life.

And why am I taking this so seriously? I take everything seriously. I’m that kind of person that’s terrible with jokes, and takes offense easily; because I’m just that serious of a person. But the happiness of others is also very important to me, otherwise I would have never created this blog. But you’re trying to tell me to take things more lightly? This is a blog where people are allowed to send in requests, so don’t you think it’s our job to fulfill their requests? We may not be a business, but we do have a responsibility on this blog. And I hope you understand that now.

Hi Anon, also please remember that we started about a week ago so we really haven’t had the time yet to show you our personalities through our writing. Which was the point of our “About Me” introductions that we all made on the first day. In this time that I became an admin of this blog I  

1,) Returned from Italy

2.) Went job hunting.

3.) Toured Apartments.

4.) Went to the Doctor to check up on my heart problems.

5,) Took my college classes.

6,) Study and Pass my 1st exam for the semester.

So I apologize that I haven’t yet taken the time to develop a personal relationship with our followers because as of late I have been terribly busy. But please know that every Admin on here truly are the nicest people you could ever meet and I consider it a blessing to be working among them.

On the other hand of taking it all seriously. Anon, I have severe depression and there have been several times since the age of 8 that i have hit some extremely low points in my life. Obviously I am not the only one in the world who has depression but one thing I have learned from it is that in depression, in everyone’s lowest points they find solace in something. For some people it may be this blog, maybe not even this blog specifically but what we do. Write fan fiction about your favorite characters basically tailored towards the reader. If you were having a panic attack and had a bad day, lets say they took refuge in thinking about their favorite anime. They imagine their favorite character telling them that everything is ok. Well instead of them imagining it, we can actually write that for them. And if they ever reach a point like that in their life again they can reread it and BAM! they feel better. Because I know that if I read something about (lets say for everyone’s reference) Wolverine confessing his love for me, or comforting me after having a mental breakdown then hot diggity dog you can guarantee that you just made my entire month. And that is something we admins want to be able to provide to our followers.  I know it may seem weird to an outsider thinking, wow how can they be relaxed just thinking about a show that’s weird. But that is not anyone’s place to judge. 

I for one do make it a goal to help anyone I can be happy because I do not want anyone to have to feel like they are alone or to feel the terrible emotions I have felt. So anon, I am sorry if that doesn’t appeal to you but that is what we the admins of anime cupid do. :)

You guys are very sweet, but I don't think there is anything you can do for me. I just don't have the willpower to continue on anymore. I am so tired of always being alone and being so anxious and scared and not being able to control my emotions and I dont want to feel like this anymore. I want it all to go away. I can only see one way of that happening.

You are never alone, and if you ever feel like that remember that you have us here. I understand what it is like to be scared of your own emotions, how’s you react, and worrying so much that you can’t even bring yourself to leave the bed. There is a way to make it all go away, but not the way you are thinking. You can get help, see a doctor. And though I know that might not be the most appealing idea but you can get exactly what you wanted. A future free of crippling sadness and anxiety. A future where you can live your life. Because you deserve it.
