he's based off the characters otto and lammermier from the play and melchior talks about lammermier still dreaming about apricots (as opposed to women) and i see this as a reason that otto could be asexual

Wendla- ig hoe. Lotsa artsy photos. Probably has a ghandi quote in her bio. Definitely the type to put he s/o’s name in her bio too. She posts the occasional indie song cover on her story, she actually has a really good voice. Has a tumblr for her pics, it’s very aesthetic. There’s some discourse on there too, like those posts about asking before you hug someone. She reblogs them for martha and ilse.
Melchior- posts a lot of fake deep tweets that he probably stole. Has facebook for boomer memes about tv bad book good. Has tumblr to look at p*rn. He’s sort of normal on instagram, he posts pictures of his friends and uses an obnoxious amount of hashtags.
Moritz- his instagram has 2 posts, both from 2016. He only keeps ig on his phone to look at memes. He’s more active on tumblr and posts about whatever thing he’s obsessed with this month. Also reposts poetry from the mlm tag. He’s on reddit too and tends to scroll through it when melchior drags him to parties or dances
Ilse- tumblr for her art, has a light orange theme. It’s mostly sapphic art and i love her. She has a separate sjw blog for fighting terfs and fascists. Her ig is very artsy like wendla’s, i feel like she has a pastel grunge thing going on. There’s some pictures of her friends too, especially of wendla ;)
Hanschen- got instagram bc ernst asked him to. It’s mostly pictures of him and ernst or just ernst. He has tumblr too, one blog where he reposts architecture and art and moodboards, mostly mlm and bi ones. He has another tumblr that’s just selfies. Most of them get over 1k notes and no one knows why.
Martha- she has a stunning instagram feed, many of the pictures are of her bc she’s gorgeous and has amazing fashion sense. She and wendla do photoshoots together, martha models and picks the clothes and wendla does location and takes the pictures. Martha also has a tumblr, one for activism and one for writing. She posts resources for people in abusive situations. Her writing is mostly poetry and a little fan fiction.
Ernst- his instagram is mostly his art but he has a few pics of him and hansi and other friends. Also the type to have his s/o’s name in his bio. He does a bit of photography as well and joins wendla and martha on their photoshoots sometimes. Has a fandom tumblr and reblogs a lot of art with huge rants in the tags bc he has Feelings.
Thea- her tumblr is a lot of those suggestions and date ideas. Plenty of yearning, bless her heart. She was probably into a couple ya fandoms back in the day. She’s constantly wiping her ig feed clean but when there’s something on it it’s always some gorgeous pics of her with lyrics in the caption.
Anna- her main ig account has a couple thousand followers, many of which are baby d*kes who are in love with her. She runs one of those wlw ig accounts that are yearning tumblr posts with nature-esque backgrounds. She has tumblr, mostly for posting her thrift store finds and reblogs martha’s poetry.
Georg- only has discord and reddit. Very big on the phone bad book good thing but also spends hours playing video games so
Wendla runs a slime account on Instagram
even tho it’s 2020 she’s still active on her slime account. we stan
moritz and melchior represent the two kinds of pet owners when it comes to parenting their cat. but not in the way you’d expect. the second the cat enters his field of vision, melchior devolves into a puddle and just goes “who’s a little babey??? its you!!!! you are a tiny babey and i love you!!! i wuv you my tiny prescious babey!!!!!” and goes full baby talk. moritz does the “stinky. you are a stinky bastard man. you smell.” and melchior is like “no!!!!! dont say that to our prescious child!!!” and moritz is like “>:) smelly bastard criminal”

melchior would listen to some pretentious shit, also some classical, he’s very “don’t wear the shirt if you don’t know the band” kinda guy. also a lot of mac demarco.
wendla likes mxmtoon, billie eilish, lorde, stuff like that. ilse introduced her to folk music so there’s a good amount of it on her playlist.
moritz is into emo music like tøp, mcr, and old school panic!. he also likes 90s grunge stuff like blink 182 and third eye blind. occasionally there’s some rex orange county.
ilse loves fleetwood mac and david bowie. she also listens to some cage the elephant and catfish and the bottlemen. snckpck and camp cope are also favorites of hers. she and wendla listen to folk together bc they’re just that cute :’)
hanschen listens to a lot of indie like mumford and sons and edm. kings of leon, florence + the machine, the lumineers, that kind of stuff. there’s the occasional showtune sprinkled in as well.
martha would listen to a lot of sadgirl music. she likes the 1975 and the neighbourhood. but when she wants to jam she’ll put on some Beyonce.

he’s been dating the guy for a few months and his partner is ready to get more serious, consider sexy time, etc
this freaks mo out and he can’t fathom why
he likes this person a lot, right? why would sex with them seem so daunting?
