We're Closing Up Shop.

Yes, folks. You have read that right. After serious thought and talk between Doe and I, we've decided to close the blog up.

The idea has been brewing in my head for a while now, especially with how little time we both have and how things irl have come to be. We both adore this place and wish we had the time to answer all the lovely requests you guys send us, but sadly, things just don't turn out for the best sometimes.

I won't divulge on Doe's circumstances but suffice it to say that they're the same as mine at their foundation. Free time is scarce nowadays for the two of us and though we love writing for Magi, we must learn to compromise where we can.

I started this blog I think around early 2018 and for what's it's worth, I've loved every second of it. I also feel bad that my updates before Doe came along were so sporadic, but it was an endeavor I loved undertaking back then all the same. Writing these magnificent scenarios and headcanons was amazing and helped me a bunch with my own fics, so I'm always gonna love you guys for that. I wish we had the time to close up shop in a cleaner way and actually empty out the inbox, but sadly that isn't possible at the moment. Because my conscience won't let me, I won't be deleting them and maybe if I have some time someday, I'll finish them up and let that be the end of it. This blog will continue on as an archive and hope that brings much enjoyment to those who find it. Not only that but it may just become a place to promote other open blogs too whenever time allows me the freedom to do so.

Well, I guess I've said all I've wanted to. Again a big ole thank you to all you lovelies who had followed and requested these past years and who have come back time and time again to read what we write. It has been a blast and we hope that wherever you are, life finds and treats you well.

Gaara headcanons, being dork with his s/o

Gaara keeps a picture of himself and his s/o on his desk inthe Kazekage office.

Don’t ask him who the person in the photograph with him is,once he starts talking about his s/o his mouth curls into a soft smile and hegets an affectionate look in his eyes and that’s him gone he will ramble onabout them for ages.

Gaara isn’t very big on PDA, however as his relationshipwith his s/o develops every now and then he’ll give them a quick kiss on thecheek or will sheepishly reach for their hand when they’re walking together.

If his s/o is a ninja themselves or has a particularlydangerous job which requires them going away for weeks at a time, Gaara wouldbe beside himself with worry in their absence and whenever they were due backhe’d find some way of getting time off work to spend the day catching up withthem and making sure they’re alright.

In a more modern AU, he’d create accounts on social mediawebsites for the sole purpose of following his s/o. He likes all their pictureson Facebook and reblogs all the selfies they post on Tumblr. If they had aYoutube channel 99% of their views would be from him.

For Christmas, Kankuro gets him and his s/o matching dressinggowns or something equally as cheesy like mugs that say “I’m his” and “I’mtheirs” as a joke and Gaara unironically loves them and uses them all the time.

Gaara likes to keep mementos of him and his s/o’s relationshipregardless as to how insignificant they may look to other people. One dayTemari is helping him have a spring clean and she finds an old napkin at thebottom of a draw and goes to throw it out and Gaara panics because it’s fromthe restaurant him and his s/o went to on their first date Temari listen it’simportant you don’t understand.

Gaara would name at least one of his cacti plants after hiss/o, he’d name an entire greenhouse after them if that wouldn’t be considered excessiveand a little bit weird.

Hcs of Sinbad's daughter having a crush on Aladdin and how would sindad react?🥺

Hahaha, you totally did not just call something i meant to put in one of my magi fics. Haha. Totally not. *anxiety intensifies* 😳😳😳

To everybody, he would seem like the most supportive dad ever. To those who knew him (especially Ja'far), they knew that not a moment passed without Sin coming up with some scheme to get them apart.

At first he thought it was nothing more than puppy love that would amoint to nothing.

Too bad Aladdin was getting to mushy with her. That instantly turned Sinbad into protective-dad mode.

Tho she wouldn't see nor sense anything suspicious, Aladdin could tell that something was odd about how dark Sinbad's rukh was towards him whenever he and his daughter where together.

When Sin's daughter finally found out about this, Sin got an earful from her about how she didn't need him to babysit her anymore. She was grown and wanted to pursure things on her; some things that he wouldn't be okay with either

It was hard for Sinbad but he did end up taking his daughter's words seriously, giving her more freedom to do as she wished.

Good news, her crush on Aladdin didn't last more than a few weeks.

Bad news, she was crushing hard on Ja'far now and tho he refrained from doing so, Sinbad was ready to kill his vizier if the need came

Can I have a head Canon with Muu? Where his S/O or friend finally scolded him for fighting Aladdin. Cause let's face it, if he succeeded then he'd be a child killer

Omg, this literally one of my magi OCs 😂 Pardon me while i just go ham.

Ooh he gets the earful of a lifetime.

No one dares interfere either. The Fanalis corp may respect Muu as their captain but they're not dumb enough to interrupt his S/O's scolding. They appreciate their lives, thank you very much.

It doesn't end on a single scolding either. She gives him the cold shoulder for a good week, only refering or talking to him through other people. "It's for the lesson to stick" she says.

Muu doesn't like it in the least. He was fine with the earful he got because yeah, he would've killed a kid, but is the cold shoulder really necessary?

He tries to win her over but she's steadfast on her stand. Muu says he's learned his lessom but she only smiles and gives him her back.

Aladdin has to intervene at last, saying that it was all in the heat of the moment and that it's already in the past.

She agrees saying that she knew he understood what she wanted to say after the first scolding. The only reason she kept going was to tease him.

By the end of it all, Aladdin doesn't know who's scarier: the Fanalis captain or the scary older sister.

She sweet and she kind but she has tons of admirers of both male and female. Who all trying to win her heart. Ur doing a great job keep up the great work! xx

It's great to have such a person in Sindria. She goes out of her way and beyond to help people and it's something that drew in Sin the first time he met her. Specially when such sincerity and kindness is so easily squashed in their world.

Sadly, he ain't the only one that sees that. Tho he's happy about people like her, these admirers that come her way every single way are a bit obnoxious.

He tries to lead her away anytime one comes up, but somehow another pops up just as quick. Sinbad can't even have quality time with her without someone interrupting.

And she's the nicest person ever. Whether that's a blessing or curse depends on who you ask. The generals love her for it. Sinbad does too. He just wishes others didnt take advantage of that to get close to her when he's not looking.

Despite all the obstacles there are though, Sin won't stop trying to woo her. He's always liked a challenge after all.

Loved this parental Judar hcs. I think Judar would be a fun father...but can I request hcs of protective!daddy! Judar? Like what if his kid got kidnapped by former members of al thamen or something?

There's hell to pay.

Judar don't give a flying fuck who it is. Those assholes took his little girl and they will not get away with it.

Tho Hakuryuu and the others try to calm him down and help come up with a plan to safely bring her back, Judar refuses to listen.

He has a plan. It's called go-in-and-tear-the-throats-of,everybody-who-was-in-on-it. Self explanatory and 99.9% effective if you ask him.

So it wasn't surprising that he rained hell on the kidnappers who dared touch a hair on his kid's head. They all cried for mercy but Judar had none of it to give. Those fuckers started it by targeting his daughter and he was damn well gonna finish it.

It's a slaughter and utterly one-sided.

Judar finds his little girl scared and tied up and though anger boils in him from the sight, relief is much more powerful. He frees her and she cries into his shoulder as she holds onto him tightly, crying of how scared she was.

He sees redder than ever but calms himself in order to soothe her. "I'm here. No one's gonna touch you again. Let's go home already."

He pushes her face against his shoulder to keep her from seeing the carnage he made while carving his path to her.

One of the shits is still alive, tho barely. Judar makes quick work of him with an ice spear. His daughter reacts by lifting her face a little but he makes sure to push it back down against his shoulder before she can see any of what he's done.

"Don't look. Daddy's made a mess and you shouldnt see it."

"Mommy gonna be mad, daddy. She doesn't like messes," she quietly sobs.

"This one, she will."

Knowing you, hell, Judar knew you would've done worse.

Hi can I please get headcanons with Sinbad and Kouen both have sons who end up befriending one another?

> The two princes meet when Kouen's son goes to Sindria to study abroad, much like his Uncle Hakuryuu before him. At first Sinbad's son tries to be openly friendly after their introduction but is given the cold shoulder by Kouen's. Though we doesn't want to deal with some foreign prince much either, he goes through showing him around after his father's asks him to.

> Sinbad's son can't believe the gall of the kid tho. It's like nothing impresses him. Though he doesn't goad about Kou, it's clear to him that he's keeping quiet because he didn't find Sindria as good as Kou (really, he's just projecting). So he tries his best to show him all the best places that he knows. The towers full with books, the great halls, the council meeting rooms, the joyful city--none of it seems to shake him of that aloofness of his tho.

> Meanwhile Kouen's son can't say anything because of how awed he is. He'd never been outside of Kou and Sindria was such a contrast to him home that it just took him by surprise and left him speechless. Being quite the introvert didn't help either.

> Thankfully everything took a turn for the better when Sinbad's son took them to the training grounds. There Kouen's son could finally be a little bit more open, having soent most of his childhood training swordplay with his father or uncles. Hearing this, Sinbad's son asks to spar to which, after some pushing, Kouen's son agrees to.

> At first Kouen's wins but when Sin's asks for a rematch and wins himself, a cycle begins of them just bouting back and forth. Around the 30th bout, the two fall down exhausted and call it a draw which, at doing it sinultaneously, causes them to laugh together.

> With things a little bit friendlier, Kouen's explains why he was so quiet to which sinbad's assures him that there's nothing to be shy about. He didn't like his prince title because of how others treated him with undeserved respect, something Kouen's could really relate to. Both knew rhey wanted to earn that respect and shared the ways they were trying to stand out to do so.

> By the time his studying abroad ended, the princes were as thick as thieves, enjoying times together like boys their age should.
