This Star Wars papercraft is a ARC Lieutenant, the paper model was created by Noturno & Sukhoi. The scale of the paper model is in 1:6. During the Clone Wars, clone trooper lieutenants were clone troopers specially trained as officers on Kamino, and recognized by the blue markings on their helmets and torso. They would however, often wear armor that was specifically painted to match the environment.

Advanced Recon Commandos (also known as Advanced Recon Clone troopers or simply ARC troopers) were an elite variant of clone trooper in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Although less numerous than the other clones, they were also among the most skilled soldiers in the galaxy.

Clone lieutenants commanded platoons comprising four squads, or thirty-six troops. Numerous lieutenants participated in the First Battle of Geonosis, where they made their debut in battle, along with many of the other ranks of clones, like clone trooper captains.
