So I've read about traveling/adventure bread in stories for years and finally decided to look up if there's something like that. After more google pages than I normally look through I discovered yes, there is, and it's already gluten free! It's made with oats. It's a dense loaf with lots of nuts and fruit like in stories, and I'm considering trying it for research purposes, only I'm ambivalent about nuts and I don't know how anyone else in the house feels about them, so I'm not sure if it'll get eaten. I suppose the birds would like it...
