There were no winds, nothing that can make the water have any type of current and that frightened her cause it was her baby that it was happening to. "Yes darling I see it... So... Pretty." She knew her baby was special the day she was born, and that scared her, terrified her. At the mere age of 5 her daughter, her sweet baby, had already stood more alike to her great-(infamous)grandmother than any woman in her family. Her child's temper, fiery, looks just as similar. Would she be one of them too? She feared it would be so. There is nothing she can do if it is, nothing but watch and pray for her baby girl, her Niel, to be safe from all that wish her harm.

I did an 8-day Outward Bound expedition in North Carolina and it was a life-changing experience. I discovered myself and grew tremendously from this adventure. The trek was beautiful and I formed permanent bonds with my fellow campers. Five years later, I have run into a few other Outward Bound alumni, and we feel an instant connection. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life and something I will always cherish.
