HM. oh man i can't decide. On one hand, Hongbin would be the prettiest occasionally bratty guardian angel, but on the other hand, I do kind of like them being Ravi's friends. hmmmmm.

FULL SUPPORT FOR LEO NOT SEEING N. Neo angst oh my. More happily, it can be like an extrovert club for wing preening? I’m picturing N LEAPING ON RAVI and wrapping arms, legs and wings around him BECAUSE HE CAN. Ken gives the jump a 6.3/10.
SUPER CUTE, YESSS. Though oh man that terrible part of me kind of likes Ravi not being able to touch N, because he's not N's charge? And N looks a bit crestfallen at the fact that his hand just passes through Ravi's arm, but he still smiles sunnily at Ravi, and his smile gets more sincere when he realizes that Ravi can see him and can smile back at him.

I tried so hard to throw that in there casually like preening isn't MY FAVOURITE THING EVER IN WINGFIC. I want so, so much of N fussing over Ken's wings and smoothing them out so they lie straight and telling him, yah, lift it up so that I can get to the down, too, and chatting about what their charges were doing that day.

I FEEL YOU SISTER the first and last time I wrote meta comfort wingfic it took me 2.5 years (LITERALLY 30 MONTHS) to finish just tHE FIRST INSTALLMENT. (the other 4 lie abandoned…) So yeah. I WILL WAVE POM-POMS FOR YOUR EFFORTS ALL THE WAY.

y e s EXACTLY. You put your finger on it, that's exactly what I want, oh my god, because I am terrible and I love that kind of stuff. And N and Ken having each other for companionship and understanding each other but also just kind of wishing that they could get acknowledgement from this person that they spend so much of their time with. I have no idea if I'll be able to beat this into a complete fic, but I AM SUCH A SUCKER FOR THAT SORT OF THING.

I VOTE NEO WISTFULNESS mostly because Angel Hongbin and Hyuk together would be the definition of shits and giggles TBQH. (If/Once Hyuk notices Hongbin and stops getting like totally creeped out or something LMAO.) COMFORT WINGFIC ALLLL THE WAY OMG.
VERY TRUE. I just want N with soft fawn-coloured wings and occasionally hanging out with Ken and saying that his charge got ANOTHER sports injury, and that he needs to stop doing that, because N can't interfere with the little things like this and it makes N worry. >:(
