the loading screen had joohwan antsy. whenever they were given these free days, the boy didn’t really know what to do with himself. touring meant always being turned on the highest speed, always available from some last minute soundcheck and choreography changes. they were totally free today, however, were told to go explore if they wanted to, as long as they took a manager with them and were very cautious. joohwan chose to stay in, setting up his console on the hotel bedroom’s tv and putting on his headphones. the two of them had arranged for a time when their timezones wouldn’t make it too unpleasant for either of them, but still as the connection took a bit too long to go through, hwan glanced at the clock on the wall to make sure he wasn’t too late or too early. when it finally connected, he tutted and shook his head. “aerin-ah, you’re late. you know we’re both on a schedule here, how are we supposed to play this game if you’re gonna be late?”
