Soso!! Hi! Aerith here! Time to talk about magic and witchcraft.
Context beforehand, I'm a headmate and an introject of Aerith gainsborough from final fantasy, who also believes in past lives, alternate timelines and magic.
In my timeline magic is accessible through materia, condensed conduits and orbs of the lifestream that anyone can wield with enough training.
I've done some digging around and research, and the closest Ive found to materia here is crystals, which makes sense, both are of the planet and act as conduits of energy that's natural to it.
So! I'm going to experiment with the different crystals we own, and see what happens and document it.
I got an orb of Selenite today! Pictures attached below
Resonance wise its a perfect fit for white materia, same properties, same feel in my hand, even looks the same!
I'll log everything under the tag #materia magic, to keep it organized and easy to follow along!
I also got a silver necklace with a bell, felt drawn to it and I know it'll help me out in the future.
