"I do", you said without missing a beat when the priest asked if you'd take Levi as your husband. Your face flushed pink and lit up with a smile.
"You may now kiss Y/N", the priest announced. You figured that you'd have to approach Levi for the kiss, but he surprised you and everyone else in the church. Levi pulled you closer to him with one swift movement, and he locked his lips on yours, gray eyes sealed shut as he felt the moment.
You'd known him for a while, but he still managed to make your heart erupt into butterflies! What got the crowd cheering wasn't the kiss, but it was that Levi actually SMILED afterwards! It was one of his rare but beloved smiles. And that's what caused the waterworks!
Happy tears spilled from your shining eyes as you got emotional. The crowd "aawwed" at you, and Levi patted your back.
"Tsk, Y/N, we're married, why the fuck are you crying? Don't tell me you're going cold turkey after the vows", he said in typical Levi fashion. He may have sounded cold, but you knew he was just as emotional as you, and that he found this endearing. You'd learned how to read Levi by now.
After locking lips one last time, you all headed towards the dinner table. You had a small, coy smile on your lips the entire night. Levi, of course, played it cool.
So cool that everyone totally failed to notice that Levi definitely wasn't staring at you the entire time..
