if overthinking burned calories i would be unstoppable
it’s been a while since i last wrote something that felt like a diary entry.
like, a real one. the kind you write at 2:17am with one eye open and a song looping in the background that makes everything feel more dramatic than it probably is.
the past few weeks? lowkey tragicomic. like if my life was an indie film, people wouldn’t know whether to laugh or be concerned.
you didn’t miss much.
but future me might.
so here’s a little note under #fradiario, just in case she comes back scrolling, wondering what the hell happened during these months.
— friendships:
never trust people who stick to you too fast.
like… human velcro.
the ones who hype you up like professional cheerleaders after 5 minutes and swear they’d “die for you” before they even know your middle name.
been there, survived worse, but this one? cherry on top.
i respect them, i really do.
but we speak two completely different emotional languages.
and i’d rather cut off a dry branch than watch the whole tree rot.
— love:
be careful with people who feel too perfect.
because plot twist: they’re not.
you end up confused, a little scared, doubting your own perception, like “wait… was it real or did i just romanticize everything again?”
again, respect.
just… not my person.
— work:
hot take: the french? they got it right.
they protest, they speak up, they refuse to be treated like background characters in their own lives.
meanwhile we’re out here sweeping everything under the rug like “eh, future generations will deal with it.”
found a job. lost it in a month.
why? because i refuse to be exploited for free in a place where people smile at you in the morning and gossip about you before lunch.
no growth, no respect, no thanks.
and honestly? even if it had been my dream job, i still wouldn’t have stayed quiet.
— family:
turns out you can’t always delete people.
sometimes you just… adjust the distance.
boundaries. quiet ones. firm ones.
— volunteering:
gave too much.
ended up emotionally bankrupt.
still figuring out how to care without disappearing in the process.
— existence:
i don’t fully know who i am right now.
but i’m starting to understand what i want.
and maybe that’s not a masterpiece of self-discovery…
but it’s a starting point.
anyway.
if you’re reading this in the future:
we survived. again.
a little softer, a little sharper, a little more selective.
main character energy, even on the messy drafts.
~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~
— amore:
attenzione a chi sembra troppo perfetto.
perché spoiler: non lo è.
e ti ritrovi confusa, un po’ spaventata, a dubitare di tutto, tipo “ok ma era reale o me la sono raccontata io così bene?”
anche qui, rispetto.
ma non è la persona giusta per me.
— lavoro:
zero crescita, zero rispetto, zero senso.
THE TRADEMARKS OF THE UNTAMED
The most beautiful parts of a person are usually the ones they were taught to hide.
The chipped nail polish.
The scar on the knee. The ink stain on the side of the hand. The tired eyes. The messy hair escaping the “professional” version of you.
Little signs that say:
“someone real lives here.”
We spend years trying to become polished.
Presentable. Controlled. Easy to admire.
Especially women.
Especially the girls who were praised more for being manageable than being alive.
But perfection is strangely lifeless.
What makes someone unforgettable is evidence of existence.
Coffee stains on notebooks. Half-finished ideas. Laugh lines. Sleeves rolled up from surviving another difficult week.
The proof that a person has been here fully and imperfectly.
Maybe healing is realizing you do not need to erase every rough edge to deserve softness.
Maybe your “mess” is not something to apologize for.
Maybe it is the most human thing about you.
✨ The Art of Never Getting Bored of the Same Routine ✨
We often crave newness—new cities, new people, new aesthetics. But sometimes, the real beauty of life is in learning how to fall in love with the same day, over and over again.
The same tea mug that greets you every morning. The same walk down that familiar road. The same little rituals you repeat until they almost become prayers.
It’s not about the routine itself—it’s about the way you see it.
“When you love what you have, you have everything you need.”
There’s a quiet magic in realizing that ordinary moments don’t lose their meaning just because they repeat. A sunrise is still breathtaking no matter how many times it rises. A smile from someone you love never really gets old.
To never get bored of your routine is to master the art of presence. To look at the same thing and still whisper to yourself, “Wow.”
“Joy is not in things; it is in us.” — Richard Wagner
And maybe that’s the secret—that life isn’t asking you to keep chasing newness, but to keep discovering wonder in what’s already here. 🌱

⏤͟͟͞͞Artificial Intelligence in Aesthetic Credibility ┆✯
I ended up going down a Pinterest rabbit hole the other day, organizing a moodboard of fashion and aesthetic references. At some point, I was looking for a specific lolita-style dress from a 2010 collection, just to figure out who designed it and learn more about it.
That’s when I came across something completely different: a butterfly-wing inspired dress by Bibian Blue.
My first impression was honestly amazing. The design is stunning, highly detailed, with a delicate butterfly aesthetic that feels almost ethereal. I started looking deeper into her work, found her Instagram, and almost created a whole subfolder just for her designs.
But then something stood out.
A large part of the images used to promote her pieces seem to be generated by artificial intelligence.
And that made me pause.
Because we’re not talking about someone without a real body of work. Bibian Blue has had pieces shown in runway shows, worked with celebrities, Oscar-related projects, magazine covers. The clothing itself is genuinely well-made, detailed, and visually strong. This is not a case of “no real work exists behind it”.
But then the question becomes:
Assisted Ai Digital Art by Tee M.
🕊 Jewel of Peace 🕊
By Tee M.
There is something about this image—a delicate dove adorned in silver wings and pearls—that speaks straight to the heart.
It’s more than beauty.
It’s a symbol—
a symbol of peace,
of hope,
of what the world could become if we chose love over hate.
🌸 Imagine a world that shimmered like this dove. 🌸
A world where our differences don’t divide us,
but add to our brilliance.
Where every voice matters.
Where kindness isn’t the exception—it’s the way of life.
Where people help instead of harm,
heal instead of hurt.
Peace isn’t just the absence of war—
it’s the presence of understanding.
Of compassion.
Of grace.
In such a world…
no child would go to bed afraid.
No one would feel less-than because of the color of their skin,
the place they were born,
or who they love.
Strangers would greet each other with open hearts.
Communities would bloom like gardens,
nurtured by empathy.
🌿🕊 The jeweled dove reminds us:
Peace is not a faraway dream.
It begins in the smallest moments—
• A kind word
• A shared smile
• A decision not to hate
What if we all tried?
Just a little more.
Just a little better.
The world might not change overnight—
but it would begin to shimmer,
one soul at a time.
⸻
💗 Share kindness—not fear, pain, or hate.
We all need understanding.
We all need love.
Show a little compassion—
and help make this world a softer, more beautiful place.
