As the temperature changed and students became more comfortable with one another, the Headmistress decided it was time to let the students have a little fun. With Halloween and the choosing of the champions on the horizon, it was agreed that while an official Halloween feast would happen any unofficial events wouldn’t be interrupted. That meant that as soon as the food had been finished, students had free range of the castle to conduct in any manner they wished (including an all house party in the room of requirement). Nobody could sense that SOMETHING was on the horizon.

This event will be held from TUESDAY OCTOBER 30TH to SATURDAY NOVEMBER 3RD (with a plot drop happening when the event finishes). Feel free to have threads about whatever aspect of Halloween is going on. There will also be a task included but more on that later.

You can have both event and non-event threads during this time, although I recommend pausing non-event threads until after the event is over just to keep everything simple.
