Open starter.
Muse: Aenwyn Kiavnul, elf
Plot idea: Aenwyn, elf daughter of a powerful King is forced into a political marriage with a powerful Fae Lord/Elf/Vampire/any supernatural/fantastic being to, unite their kingdoms. Despite the undeniable attraction between them, she refuses to let herself be swayed by their charm. Tension builds as they navigate the dangerous mix of power, politics, and unspoken desire. @indiestarter
Aenwyn stood at the edge of the grand balcony, her back straight and rigid as she gazed out over the sprawling Fae lands beneath them. The wind played gently with the loose strands of her red hair, her grip on the stone railing tightened, knuckles paling as she spoke, her voice cold and measured.
“This union,” she began, her words clipped, “is nothing more than politics. A necessity to secure peace between our kingdoms. Do not think for a moment that this marriage is anything else.” Her eyes remained fixed on the horizon, refusing to meet their gaze.
Aenwyn had heard the stories about them....their beauty, their power, and their reputation for being as dangerous as they were alluring. She couldn’t deny the truth of it, the way their presence seemed to command the space around them. But she would never admit it. To acknowledge that even for a second would give them power over her, and she was determined to remain resolute, even in this unwanted arrangement.
Turning to face them at last, her gaze sharp and unyielding, she continued, “Do not expect affection or devotion. I have no interest in pretending this is anything more than a strategic alliance. We may share a crown, but my heart will never belong to you.”
The words were as much for herself as for them. A reminder of why she was here, and what this marriage truly meant.
i still cant quite grasp colors and how they're supposed to fit together, but have this :)
