Your relationship to Otto and Arora is more likely through money, whether because you yourself have a lot of money like they do or you’re of lower class and they simply pay you for your time doesn’t matter.
You probably met them through their political influence; being told by some man you met a casino about their company and their importance to a recently elected mayor. It got your attention, and you finally brought yourself to meeting them in person, even if they scolded you and said they should meet in a secluded way.
The first meeting is rather awkward; they’re both worried about you being so terrified of them and running off to tell the entire world about their true faces. But when Otto brings Arora’s attention to your appeal and charm, she can’t deny it at all. You’re finally asked to be paid for your time, not in the way a prostitute would be, but the way a sweet lover would be. You get enough courage to agree and you’re, at last, considered theirs.
Otto has a habit of believing that he must take care of you and Arora. He considers himself the most masculine out of the three of you, making him take the brunt of the relationship and turn to giving to you both.
A huge thing about the twins is their looks via clothing; they put a lot of effort into showing their wealth. So, dressing you up is something they love to do, specifically Arora. She has a habit of judging people for their clothing heavily based off basic fashion knowledge but also because of their class. To make sure you don’t look like some hobo following them around, she’d put the time and effort into putting together outfits for you, fixing your hair, and finding something that would pair well with their apparel. Of course, they’re going to sneak in a piece with their family crest. There might be a sleeve or stocking button that conveniently is the letter K.
I hope you love gossip because it’s the best thing that comes from their mind, second to politics and chemistry. You’ll sit at the dining room table, listening to them as they go on about the man they were forced to talk to that day, making comments about his clothing, class, and him as a person. They get creative with their insults, even if they’re not considered the most beautiful flower in the meadow.
Pet names are expected, notably from Otto. It will be a lot of “traditional” nicknames, love, dear, and darling to name a few.
They would put in effort to teach you things they like. Arora, respectively, teaches you about basic chemistry if you don’t already know a thing or two and Otto telling you about politics... though his teachings aren’t as beginner friendly or hands on. It would be a rather fun bonding experience.
They’re the type of couple to get you things you mention once. You mention liking a type of fancy perfume/cologne? It’s found on your dresser in a wrapped box. You liked a type of food that you can’t get anywhere but a hyper specific place? They’ll figure it out, and you’ll have it for dinner.
Otto and Arora rely heavily on you, praise wise and just being around. The fact you stayed at all is enough to show you care about them. They’ve gone their entire lives being considered the most disgusting monsters to walk the earth, and here you are, bringing yourself to kiss their cheeks.
Otto’s probably into breeding. In the trials, they make comments about their inability to have children. So, if you’re into the idea of stuff, you’ll be stuffed full, even if you cannot give birth to children. The act of cumming in you would give him the same form of satisfaction as the thought of pregnancy itself.

There probably will be a moment where they focus on each other more than they focus on you. Of course, that’s more a byproduct of their loneliness and possibly habit. Turning to helping one of them get the other off will bring their attention back to you.
