B-Project Meet and Greet Fan Meeting with Toyonaga Toshiyuki and Kakihara Tetsuya

This year, the event that made my AFA experience especially special is definitely the B-Project Fan Meeting! After the awesome experience meeting Junichi Suwabe upclose (and taking a photo fufufu), I’d say that chances to meet Japanese seiyuus are certainly rare and hard to come by. Overall - the fan meeting this time was definitely memorable!

Tosshi especially, was very humorous and entertaining. His antics and quirky humor kept everyone laughing throughout the session. Also, his kindness - he actually said that since Kakki can understand English too, the whole session should be done in English so that only one person (himself) wouldn't understand anything. He also asked Kakki several times for English translations of words/phrases that he wanted to say to the audience. Kakki on the other hand, was very cool and pretty. He was more calm and mostly entertained the crowd with fanservice such as winking or waving to them. He was really embarrassed to do the sexy line as the penalty game though, haha.

Besides a quiz and drawing corner, the session also covered the history of B-Project, with crazy commentary and comments by Tosshi. I really like the MC/translator for this event - she was really nice and she played along when Tosshi fooled around. Plus I could tell that her translations were more accurate compared to the other translators AFA usually used! Finally, the event closed with both Tosshi and Kakki personally handing out the event gifts to each participant of the fan meeting.

Is the price worth it? Yes. Would I go again for a similar event featuring different seiyuus? Definitely. I'm so glad that I decided to attend the event after all! ♪( ´▽｀)
