Chevrolet has officially unveiled the 2027 Bolt EV as part of its broader plan to expand access to affordable electric vehicles.
Chevrolet Bolt is making a strong comeback as America’s most affordable electric vehicle, with a starting price of about $28,995. The 2027 model brings several upgrades, including faster 150 kW DC fast-charging, a 65 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery, and an estimated ~262-mile range on a single charge. Built with updated technology such as larger digital displays and access to Tesla’s NACS charging network, the new Bolt aims to deliver practical range, modern features, and improved efficiency while keeping EV ownership more accessible to a wider audience.
