a little tip i don’t see a lot of people speaking about is afformations, they’re like affirmations but in question form so instead of “i have my desired life” you’d say something like “how am i literally living my desired life?”. i personally exaggerate them cause that’s how i speak in general but i think they’re good cause there isn’t really any room for what ifs in afformations. when you say affirmations you might be like “oh but i dont have that, i’m not living my desired life” and it might be hard to believe it, but i think afformations really help setting that belief in, i personally say things like “why is it that i literally shift to my dr every single night? i don’t even have to do anything to shift i can just go sleep and wake up there”.
