So I've shipped Gwyneth/Estrilda and Thane/Baden since forever and now I think I'm finally going to cave and write some sort of dnd party-esque fic with them and the rest of the group I play with in the game (Antandra & Kelthur)

Gorvo was *almost* skipped... but I got through it by heavily referencing his official art then slapping on some cool colors🤷‍♂️ Sorry, I don't innately know how to draw a turtle in a helmet. Pretty happy with the rest of them though

I am trying…I think this one is okay…even if it’s just a snippet

“Respen?! Don’t move…just rest, okay? We’re safe now…”

Respen snaps from his pain-filled daze at the whispering voice, flinching as he feels a cold hand feel his forehead. He groans mildly as he feels Kelthur jostle him from where he was laying and he feels something soft be laid behind his head, he hisses slightly as he feels his head pounding from a birds cry in the distance.

“Respen, can you hear me?” Kelthur whispers in the echoing quiet of the forest. Respen just blinks a few times at him, eyes not focusing on his blurry figure. “How do you feel?”

“Sore,” he rasps and he whimpers as he attempts to move in a seating position. “What happened?”

“We got ambushed,” He murmurs gently as he moves Respen to lay back down on the grass again. “We all had to split up…I think Fawkes stayed behind to keep the Hypogean busy while everyone escaped, I hope he’s okay…”
