i used to be put off by this detail that Lailah is actually the older twin. but now I love it because it makes Lailah’s teleport and knock-back whenever someone gets too close to Elijah read as a big sister protecting her little bro. 10/10 okay lilith I do like this

Now if that AFK Arena anime thingy goes through, who do you think should lead it?

I mean, it would most likely have a large cast and more of an ensemble but who do you think should be its face, or rather, the Tony Stark of the show?

Hmm, I have multiple theories but also some opinions about this. First, my opinion.

I think it would be much better if a potential AFK Arena anime didn't have a main character. I would much prefer if they just animated backstories for each character and not push any extra story. Possibly, they could add the lore, the stories from Wandering Balloon, Voyage of Wonders, or Historic Ventures.

As for my theories, there are a few characters that I could see taking the role of the face, based on various pointers.

Estrilda – Given the anime opening, it would make sense if she was the main focus, and the story would be her maybe finding Baden? This would actually make it very interesting, and would potentially give our poor boy a happy ending... man, I wish.

Lyca – It was recently mentioned that Lyca is pretty much the symbol of Lilith. They feel close to her and they feel as though her story is the story of the game. She doesn't appear in the opening but that could be intentional.

Belinda – Let's be fair, Belinda was the first face of this game, they were pushing this girl everywhere. I would personally love to see her get an actual personality, and it would also mean more Lucius!

Talene – Again, she gets pushed so much... But being one of the Esperian gods, she has a lot of potential to possibly swoop in and help other characters.

Twins – They're the current face of the game, and they appeared in the opening as well as in many other animations on the AFK official accounts. They just love putting these two everywhere.

Lucretia and/or Zaphrael – I am literally praying they give Zaph more characterization this time and drop the one-sided Lucretia propaganda...

Thoran – The opening gave him villain vibes and you know how often the villain is more of a face than the hero.

What about the Twins, Orthros, Zaph, Flora and Alna on a date?

Twins – They may be thousands of years old but they look like kids. Also talking in unison kinda makes my head hurts.

Orthros – I still haven't forgiven him for letting Zolrath roam free. I don't care if it would be "disturbing the timeline" to stop him, he disturbs enough to warrant an arrest.

Zaphrael – Unlike certain someone, I do not like forcing people into relationships they're clearly not interested in. He's married to his job and he's happier that way.

Flora – Here!

Alna – Here!
