My headcanon's about "Destro" - Chikara Yotsubashi.

— Life Span: Died at age 35.

— The Foundation: Destro founded the MLA in an era of chaos, when laws about heroes and the inability of ordinary people to use Meta-abilities were just beginning to be passed.

— Alliances: Resistance to an unjust regime linked his fate with Kudo and Bruce.

— Lifestyle: He's not averse to drinking or smoking; times were hard, and getting good booze was even harder.

— Ideology: He doesn't favor quirkless people; his entire ideology is built on the idea that the stronger the Meta-ability, the higher the person's status.

— The Challenge: "You mean your Meta-ability isn't weak? Prove it."

— Persona: He has very outdated notions about the world and many modern trends. A man of the old school.

— Combat Style: Destro, thanks to his Meta-ability, fights hand-to-hand or simply uses odd objects, like rebar, bats, and basically whatever comes to hand. So he's proficient in several forms of martial arts.

— Leadership: Chikara is a natural tactician and strategist, and also an excellent orator, which is why he led the MLA to prosperity.

— Loyalty: Destro is ready to stand up for his people.

— The Trademark: The "mask" from his Meta-ability is on his face almost all the time. This is how Destro demonstrates that he has sufficient control over his Meta-ability. It has already become his trademark.

— Preferences: He has a love for beautiful women with powerful Meta-abilities, as well as elf ears.

— The Symbol: The MLA is symbolized by a rat, and they hid in the sewers from the government, having numerous secret passages throughout the country.

— Origin of Symbol: The rat symbol is because it is believed that the quirks were caused by a "disease" transmitted by rats.

— Titles: Chikara called himself "Destro," and the government called him the "Rat King."

— The Narrative: So he began to express his will, his ideology, his mother's words, and how the government brazenly stole them, distorted their meaning, and subjugated society with false narratives.

— The Bond: All for One was and remains his best friend; they helped each other and walked hand in hand their entire journey from childhood to adulthood. There were times when he helped All for One, and times when he helped Destro.

— The Brother: Looking at his ideology, Destro is very concerned about All for One's brother. Despite the fact that they have known each other since childhood, Chikara understands that this boy will not survive in the world they want to create, because... Yoichi has a completely useless Meta-ability.

— The Shift: After his mother's death, Chikara became withdrawn. He continued to maintain a friendship with All for One, but ultimately, they grew apart for many years. Destro began fighting underground, earning his living from it, becoming a champion for many years; no one could break his spirit, no matter how formidable the opponent.

— The Birth of Destro: All for One came to see Chikara and bet on him, but never spoke to him. But one such occasion was special, as All for One came to report news from the outside world: that the government had begun using Destro's mother's words as the impetus for a "new hero society." Chikara didn't like this formulation, remembering how heroes used to kill indiscriminately, while now criminals become heroes. That's when "Destro" was born, the one who breaks the unjust foundations of society and grants freedom to all people with meta-abilities, whom society had begun to oppress and confine so zealously.

— Chikara and All for One saw Ningen when they both fell into the ocean from the pier late at night. Yoichi and Chikara's mother didn't believe them.

— Quirk: "Disappointment". The " disappointment" quirk implies an increase in physical strength, which depends on the amount of frustration accumulated. The more frustration the stronger the wielder. Like an ant who can lift an object weighing twice as much as him.

— Chikara was killed in prison; it wasn't actually a suicide. He was shot in the head and covered up under the pretext of suicide. In those days, there was no such thing as "heroes don't kill," but the image of "good government and good heroes" needed to be maintained, so the case was quickly hushed up.

— Because of Yoichi's kidnapping, All for One and Chikara had a falling out. Therefore, the MLA army was destroyed by the AFO. All for One didn't kill Chikara, giving him punishment and allowing him to be captured and imprisoned. But the AFO didn't know his friend would be killed, and when they learned of his "suicide," they simply showed up at the prison and wiped it off the map. They may have even taken Chikara's body.
