Slowly catching up on here!! And so sorry for the delay! Trying to get adopts and HW done, so this didn't turn out super detailed/well lined when I made it?? BUT. After 6+ false starts I got it going!!

This is some art of my LOTR OC, Zirimir, an Avari elf prince from near Harad!! I got Very Tired of consistently white elves when I'd originally made him a couple years ago, and wanted to explore an elf from another culture and ethnicity!!

Fun notes:

Based Zirimir's horse off the Dongala horse and the Marwari!! The star is bred as a standard of the breed as it's a symbol for the royal family!

Also, his stained hands are from Indigo, like the Tuareg people he was inspired from! They work with and make a lot of indigo dye/dyed products, so hands get turned a lil purple!!

So I was naturally bored and I wanted to draw a variant to Nulala (Whom you may know as an African-descended elf) but I wanted to try out different elves from the traditional, Scandinavian elves often presented.

Like I mentioned, there’s the African one, but I also did Native American, Vietnamese, Mongolian and Iranian.

These were helped by referencing to Google Images, so sorry if anything is inaccurate!
