Beliefs are not facts. Just because you believe something about yourself, doesn’t mean it is a fact. This is mostly in regard to all the negative thoughts we have about ourselves.

You know when your esthetician gives you some After Eights and you put them in the front pocket of your purse and forget and then the mint cream melts into your purse (thankfully not the chocolate) but now there’s hard, sticky cream in a pocket that is nearly impossible to clean out? Just me? Okay.

I have finally started The Artist’s Way. I have yet to do the morning pages actually in the morning but they are getting done. I did my first artist date. I’ve done some of the mini tasks or at least read and pondered on them in my morning pages.

Has anyone watched Stolen Youth? It’s the Sarah Lawrence Cult documentary. So so wild. Send me all of your cult documentary suggestions. This shall be the year of the documentary.
