So, the prologue is set up that we meet Litvenko, he's writing equations on plastic sheets meant to be white boards, workin' on Agents. Then we see the successful results, first as like, pre/early teens getting some kind of exam or being drugged or something it's hard to say. THEN, we see a line of older teenagers filing in to get their numbers (19 is first, and receives special attention from the camera). Following this, we see a guy in The Suit TM doing things like kneecap prisoners and lock bodies in meat freezers, one woman gets shot in the head, and he does that alternating shot thing with the Silverballers (I'm sure there's a special fancy technical term for it but it is 11:30 PM). Later on in the film 47 will inform Katia that when an Agent gets stamped with their number that's a rite of passage and they're full-fledged now. So I'm taking all this together to mean that 19 is actually a badass and spent good chunks of backstory time assassinating targets.
