Bobbi tried fitting into Clint’s life and that went horribly, so the second time around they try having Clint fit into Bobbi’s life which also goes horribly wrong. Never once crossed their minds that you don’t have to have the same job as your partner to be in a relationship.
Like guys…you can be on different teams and still be in a relationship. You don’t have to have your partner be your boss just because you’re dating/married and they are leading a team.
Yes, there is more to their issues than that, but I feel like that would be a really good starting place for them to start working through their problems.
